遵循循证原则 制订教育政策

摘要(Abstract):
循证研究是近年教育政策研究中出现的方法之一,它有别于定量研究和质性研究。教育政策的制订必须是建立在充分证据的基础上,证据的种类繁多,而证据对政策制订的影响很大。循证政策研究的方法学是荟萃分析,主要通过效力这个重要统计量描述各个因素对结果的影响力或描述两实验组之间的差别。循证教育由3部分组成:要制订循证教育政策;采用循证实践的原则;要培养"证据文化"。
